Some customers may notice their website isn't reachable, this is normal as DNS propagation completes. We are monitoring as websites come back online.

We are undertaking a upgrade to our systems and migrating our hosting to another control panel.

The migration and upgrade will be undertaken in steps to minimize disruption to our customers.

During the maintenance windows, customers may experience connectivity issues to our main website, purchasing, billing and support portals while we integrate and merge all these portals into one.

We intend to have all the above completed by the end of the week.

Customers won't experience any downtime with their service.
