The migration and upgrade will be undertaken in steps to minimize disruption to our customers. During the maintenance windows, customers may experience connectivity issues to our main website, purchasing, billing and support portals while we integrate and merge all these portals into one. We intend to have all the above completed by the end of the week. Customers won't experience any downtime with their service. We will post regular updates as we can as the work progresses.
